Job statuses
| Status | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
pending | The job was created and is waiting to start | Wait for processing to begin |
running | The scraper is actively collecting data | Monitor progress and leave the page if needed |
completed | The job completed successfully | Open result tabs or download CSV |
failed | The job did not finish successfully | Review the failure reason and retry with a smaller or simpler run |
aborting | Cancellation has been requested | Wait for the job to stop |
cancelled | The run was stopped before completion | Duplicate the setup in a new job if you still need the data |
Jobs list
From Jobs you can search, open, cancel, delete, and download jobs.Job detail page
Tabs on the detail page:- Overview for the summary view
- Results Preview for the main result table
- Cost for the final cost breakdown
- Contact Info for phone, website, and contact-related fields
- Rating & Reviews for rating and review-count views
- Reviews for review text when review scraping was enabled
Download your CSV
When a job reachescompleted, you can download a CSV version of the dataset.
Use CSV download when you want to:
- Open the file locally
- Import it into your own tooling
- Keep an archive outside the dashboard
Cancel vs delete
These actions do different things:- Cancel stops an active job that is already running or queued
- Delete removes the job entry from your dashboard
Good habits for larger workloads
- Split broad searches into multiple smaller jobs
- Use naming conventions so you can find runs later
- Download completed jobs you plan to share
- Review costs on finished jobs before scaling the same setup
